Yin Yoga Tune-Up


Just like a car needs a good tune-up from time to time to run smoothly so too does our body, mind, soul and spirit.

Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to sink into the experience and invite your body to release, relax and find space to continue functioning optimally in your day-to-day life.

Expect to experience yin yoga postures, which are longer held poses with stillness, along with vibrational medicine to invoke a deeper unbinding. Surrender to the sounds of drums, shakers, singing bowls, flute, sansula, and voice.

Remove yourself from all the stresses and challenges in your life so you can completely unwind, relax, energize and give yourself some space + love.

Yoga Space

You will find a cozy, inviting space at this home studio with a strong emphasis on personal, individual transformation while using beautiful, sustainable, locally made props from Love My Mat to enhance and elevate your practice.

Bask in the warmth of a fireplace in the cooler months and enjoy a dip in a refreshing pool in the summer months. 

With a smaller, intimate space there is more opportunity to connect with yourself. This is a wonderful place to begin or continue your yoga journey.

Styles of Yoga

Restorative Yin

Restorative Yin Yoga is a fusion of both styles : It combines the deeply meditative yin style of practice where passive poses are held for 2 – 7 minutes each to encourage the softening of connective tissue with the gentle, nurturing form of restorative yoga using props to provide a supportive, relaxing environment.

Both styles help to reduce stress while allowing your body and mind to slow down and fully experience deep tranquillity. Slowing down, being mindful and taking care of ourselves is integral to our health and well-being.


Hatha Yoga is perfect for increasing flexibility, improving concentration, detoxifying vital organs and stretching, strengthening and toning muscles.

Focus on yoga postures (asanas) and breath (pranayama) to improve and enrich your life. Students of all levels will benefit from Hatha Yoga. This style of yoga is a wonderful way to embark on your yoga journey!

Prepare for Class

  • Bring a yoga mat. Mats are available to rent for $2/class (first use is free).

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to connect with the space.

  • Please turn off your mobile device.

  • Inform the teacher if you are working with any limitations or injuries or are pregnant.

  • Wear comfortable, flexible, lightweight clothing, such as shorts, t-shirts, and stretchy workout wear.

  • Come with an open mind and open heart to learn more about your body, mind, and spirit.
